Kimberly DeShields-Spencer is a Brand and Marketing Strategist + Storyteller who works at the intersection of vision, clarity, and impact. She partners with founders, leaders, and purpose-driven brands to shape ideas into meaningful strategy—helping them articulate not just what they do, but why it matters and how it connects.
With a background in marketing, community building, and brand development, Kimberly has built her work around helping people translate big vision into language, structure, and experiences that resonate. She is known for helping clients move from scattered ideas to focused direction, creating narratives and strategies that feel aligned, authentic, and actionable.
Her work is also deeply informed by her experience as a founder. Kimberly has built and leads multiple mission-driven companies—including UImpact, Sow. Reap. Harvest., Behind Her Brand, and UImpact Publishing Group—each created to support growth, leadership, and meaningful impact in different ways. Together, they reflect her belief in building ecosystems, not just brands.
Beyond the work, Kimberly is a wife and a mother to two incredible sons. Her family and her faith are central to who she is, anchoring her values and grounding her approach to leadership, business, and life. They shape how she listens, leads, and serves—reminding her that real impact starts at home and extends outward.
